July 29 – Alex’s House (Safe Haven)
Sandy Spencer’s family has lived in the house since her family bought it in the 1940’s. She grew up in the house then she and her husband moved to it as their retirement home. The house was made famous as Alex’s house in the movie Safe Haven and like many old houses, even comes with the story of a resident ghost!,
